A small crew of us enjoyed the historic fun run to Wrigley yesterday. A VERY leisurely 5-mile run that stopped every half mile or so in order to enjoy a little history lesson about the neighborhoods of Chicago. Other than the melting snow, which left the streets and sidewalks in disgusting condition, the run was a lot of fun (as advertised). Afterward we enjoyed a nice lunch at Bowman's in Lincoln Square. Just as we finished lunch the warm (high 40s) day turned windy and rainy. I count us lucky for getting in some nice outdoor time before the weather changed.
