We spent last weekend celebrating Ginny and Mark's beautiful wedding in Currituck, NC. Keeping up with London made photos an impossibility, which is really a shame. It was the definition of picture perfect! I did snap this one though...London had his danger-seeking radar on the whole afternoon, and was set on making his way to the water. I felt like it was an accomplishment to make it through the wedding without any major catastrophes.
We had a wonderful time at Natalie's first birthday party in the burbs. London was on fire the whole afternoon, and despite a fingers in the door incident, which he recovered from pretty quickly, he was non-stop and into everything. The exhaustion set in on the way home, and I'm grateful that we had Lucy and Brittney in tow, so that I didn't fall asleep on the way home.
The problem with "projects" and living in a condo with limited extra space is that I cannot stand the disorder. It gives me that creepy crawly ick feeling and makes me want to run away. The only option I have is to get it all done. So that's what I'm going to do this afternoon when Allie is here with London. And then I can put everything away, vacuum, mop and make my living area feel tranquil again.
